Driver Services Administrator

Competitive salary 

  • Provide exemplary administrative support and a friendly and reliable interface to our valued customer base
  • Efficiently complete, scan, upload and check vehicle documentation, accurately updating systems
  • Process fines, penalty charge notices and congestion charges
  • Make phone calls, write letters, generate emails, create reports and analyse transactions
  • Previous experience of working within fleet services or a strong background in administration is required
  • You will need to be methodical and process driven with high levels of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good numeracy, literacy and IT skills are essential
