Administrator (Maternity Cover)

To arrange deliveries and collections on behalf of our customers in a cost effective and efficient manner.

  • Ensure all KPI’s and SLA’s in place with customers are adhered to.
  • Ensure the relevant departments are informed daily of forthcoming movements
  • Arrange collections and deliveries of vehicles.
  • Manage the booking of pool cars for corporate customers.
  • Liaise with the Global Autocare workshop with regards to vehicle maintenance.
  • Liaise with customers via telephone and email.
  • Dealing with customer complaints.
  • Building relationships with customers.
  • Providing excellent customer service.
  • Ensure all records are filed up to date and efficiently.
  • Ad hoc administration.
  • Data input to 1link.
  • Assist other department when required.
  • Complete and maintain records of all work completed.
  • Other ad hoc duties as required by the business i.e. general driving duties
  • To work with due care and in line with Company policies and procedures.

Oracle APEX Developer (Lead)

With key skills in Oracle APEX and PL/SQL you will be responsible for leading a small team of developers ensuring our current applications are maintained and oversea the whole development process of new and future Applications.Ensure all issues are dealt with timely and accurately.

Driven, focused, methodical, with amazing interpersonal skills, you will be a great problem solver with a can do attitude, be happy to get stuck in and be thrown in at the deep end sometimes, but always striving for on time accurate delivery.

  • Develop Oracle PL/SQL routines which are used by the application for data access.​
  • Develop business critical applications and report mechanisms using the Oracle Application Express (APEX) development platform.
  • Help to gather requirements from directors, key managers and users, ensuring these are documented using appropriate methodologies such as business process modeling language (BPML), creating of user requirements specifications (URS) etc.
  • Ensure appropriate testing of developed applications (System testing, User testing etc.)
  • Help operational teams improve their processes and data management.
  • Maintain close communication with IT & Communications Manager.
  • Maintain a good knowledge of project life cycle methodologies.
  • Demonstrate a familiarity with testing, debugging and tuning PL/SQL programs.
  • Understanding of related technologies such as XML, Javascript, CSS, HTML, JSON, ORDS
  • User relational database design; Oracle DDL, DML, DCL, TCL.​

SOFTWARE KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED

  • Oracle 11g and above (Required)
  • Oracle Application Express 4.2 and above (Required)
  • Knowledge of the upgrading from 4.2 to 5.1 an advantage.
  • HTML, JavaScript, CSS experience (Required)
  • JSON, ORDS Knowledge (Desirable)

Vehicle Technician

  • Carry out safety inspections as required.
  • Complete all relevant paperwork in the correct and proper manner.
  • Repairing and servicing vehicles booked into the workshop.
  • Diagnosing faults on vehicles.
  • Carry out MoT Tests.
    - Diagnose EML (Engine Management Lights) using electronic equipment.
    - Diagnosing faults on vehicles using diagnostic equipment.
    - Strip and rebuild engines.
    - Repair and fit clutches, cam-belts and gearboxes.
  • Strip fit and replace components on vehicles.
  • Ensure all jobs run smoothly and deadlines are met.
  • Assist with the storage of vehicles on site.
  • Inform office when parts / stock needs replenishing/ordering.
  • Assist other Vehicle Technicians with repairs as and when necessary.
  • To carry out any other reasonable request given by a member of management.

Valeter

  • Ensuring vehicles are cleaned using correct equipment and to a high standard using a methodical approach.
  • Maintaining a safe working environment and professional image; ensuring the valeting bay and work space is kept clean, tidy and safe.
  • Ensuring high levels of attention to detail.
  • Understanding the safety procedures, manufacturers’ instructions and warnings for different cleaning chemicals.
  • Informing line managers whenever supplies need replenishing.
  • Working efficiently on your own and as part of a small team.
