Spring Bank Holiday Information.

Collection requests need to be received by 3.00pm on Tuesday 31^st May 2022 and vehicles be ready for collection no later than 3.00pm on Wednesday 1^st June 2022.

If any off-hire requests are received after the cut off times the rental will remain on hire until the Monday following the bank holiday.

Any hires with a TBA end date of the bank holiday Thursday or Friday will remain on hire and be extended for 28 days.

If your service light comes on your vehicle during the dates we are closed, please do not book your vehicle in for a service on this day as we will not be able to authorise any work carried out. Please ensure this is booked as soon as possible after the bank holiday, ensuring you contact us to receive our authorisation.

If your vehicle has already been booked in for a service on these dates, please ask the service centre to contact us prior to the date of the service in order to obtain authorisation for the work to be carried out.

Please be aware that the earliest time we can guarantee delivery of new hires received during or after is the Tuesday following the bank holiday.
