Important information you need to know over the Christmas period.
 

Christmas and New Year Closure Dates.

Seasonal Opening Hours

We will close for the Christmas period from Friday 24th December 2021 at 2pm and reopen on Tuesday 4th January 2022 at 8.30am.

Saturday 25th December (Christmas Day): Closed

Monday 27th December (Boxing Day Bank Holiday): Closed
Tuesday 28th December: Closed
Wednesday 29th December: Closed
Thursday 30th December (New Years Eve): Closed
Friday 31st January (New Years Day): Closed

Tuesday 4th January: 8:30am – 5:30pm

Christmas and New Year Off-Hire Procedures.

Collection requests need to be received by 3pm on Thursday 23rd December and vehicles be ready for collection no later than 12 noon on Friday 24th December.

If any off hires are received after 3pm on Thursday 23rd December, the vehicle will remain on hire until 8.30am on Tuesday 4th January 2022.

 

Hire Extensions.

Any hires with a TBA end date of Saturday 25th December 2021 to Monday 3rd January 2022 will remain on hire and be extended for 28 days.

Maintenance and Out of Hours Procedures.

Should the service light come on on your vehicle on the dates we are closed, please do not book your vehicle in for a service during this period as we will not be able to authorise any work carried out. Please ensure this is booked as soon as possible after Tuesday 4th January, ensuring you contact us to receive our authorisation.

If your vehicle has already been booked in for a Service on these dates please ask the service centre to contact us prior to the date of the service in order to obtain authorisation for the work to be carried out.

New Hires After the Christmas Period.

Please be aware the earliest time we can guarantee delivery of new hires during or after the Christmas Holiday is on Wednesday 5th January 2022.

Manufacturer Roadside Assistance.

If you breakdown please contact the manufacturer of the vehicle you are driving below or contact your employer.  In the unfortunate event you have an accident, you need to check your company’s process and contact your employer’s Fleet Manager.
