The Driver Services Administrator will provide efficient and accurate administration as part of a team to support our business functions. Responsibilities of the Driver Services Administrator includes providing exemplary administrative support with a friendly and reliable interface to our valued customer base, processing fines, penalty charge notices and congestion charges alongside creating reports and analysing transactions.

Fleet Driver

Global’s Fleet Drivers are the ‘face’ of Global, representing our prestige brand in the collection and delivery of vehicles throughout the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland. Alongside driving safely and efficiently throughout the UK and NI, the Fleet Driver will have high attention to detail with the ability to spot defects in vehicles interior and exterior condition. The Fleet Driver is also responsible for completing timesheets, managing a cash float, filling in expense claims forms and operating PDA in line with company policy.

Vehicle Inspector

The Vehicle Inspector will work as part of a team and contribute to the smooth running of fleet operations, by ensuring all processes and procedures are followed and duties completed on time and to a high standard. The Vehicle Inspector requires a Full UK Driving Licence and high attention to detail, reporting faults on vehicles promptly, accurately and appropriately.

Accounts Administrator

The Accounts Administrator will contribute as part of our expanding Accounts team to maintain an efficient and accurate Accounts function. Responsibilities of the Accounts Administrator include posting sales ledger invoices, posting invoices onto Pegasus and posting nominal ledger receipts alongside general support to the team assisting with other monthly ad hoc duties as required.
